General Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase! We have a 30-day return policy. Items must be postmarked by the 30th day from the day it was delivered to you to be eligible for a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be received by us in the same condition that you received it, no damage, markings or changes to the products and in its original protective packaging.

Please note, all return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. All items must be sent back in the original packaging. If the original packaging is unavailable, the customer is responsible for arranging equivalent packaging.

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the item is adequately packaged for return. We recommend all returns be sent insured and with tracking as we cannot accept responsibility for any packages lost, stolen or damaged in transit.

Refunds are made to the original method of payment, less shipping and handling. All original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, unless the item is received damaged, defective, or incorrect. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return or items sent that arrive with postage due will be returned to the sender.

Please allow 5-7 business days, from the date of receipt, to conduct a quality control review and issue a refund. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded for the full purchase amount minus the original shipping fee on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Once a refund has been issued, you will be notified via email.

Damaged Products

We do our best to package our products with the utmost protection. In the rare case that a product is damaged upon arrival, defective, or incorrect, please email us within 48 hours of receipt at help@ceracerahome.com with photos. We will issue you a replacement item free of charge after a quality inspection.

 


Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on final sale items or Trade & Wholesale orders (5+ items). Cancellations are not possible once production commences. 

 


Trade & Wholesale Orders

For any items damaged during transit, we can offer a replacement or a refund by your choice.

We do not offer refunds on our Trade & Wholesale orders. We recommend ordering a sample to ensure the quality and fit of the product is right for your project.
